Originally sold as a simple "re-skinning" exercise for Real Property Management [RPM], a sub-brand of the home maintenance collective Neighborly, my team and I created an efficient and visually compelling experience. It was so well received by management, the framework was immediately extended to all other sub-brands, as well as the corporate umbrella site.
This included the design and development of a customized search and schedule engine, uniting customers and the right Neighborly sub-brands to solve their home improvement and maintenance problems.
Our successes led to additional profitable projects including a complete rework of Neighborly's Franchise properties, both sales and support. I provided creative continuity oversight for this follow-on work.
